Given the nature of this product, returns are not accepted. If product comes damaged please reach out to me and I will do my best to come up with a resolution.

• Most freshies last any where from 4-6 weeks.

• DO NOT lay Freshie down on surface(s).

• Freshies hung/stores in temperatures above 100 degree’s are likely to distort or melt. I am not liable for replacements if this happens.
